The Ministry of Justice, Interior and Public Administration has created a dynamic guide for action against the coronavirus, INFO COVID19 GVA, available in the 'GVA RESPONDE App'. It is the first mobile application -compatible with tablets and other mobile devices- that responds simply and quickly to the most frequent (non-health) questions generated by citizens, classified by the scope of its impact and with responses adapted to the regulations developed.
The application is accessible in Spanish and Valencian and solves more than 100 issues that affect citizens every day with answers adapted to current regulations after the publication of the decree of the state of alarm on March 14, as well as the successive regulations that have been approved and their adaptation to the specific situation of the citizens of the Valencian Community.
GVA RESPONDS It becomes an open and direct information channel between the Administration and the citizens that answers questions related to their work (Is my company an essential service?), with mobility and circulation (Can I move to bring food to my parents? older?), education (date of completion of the PAU, access to the scholarship voucher) or procedures related to the Public Administration (How can I apply for social aid?).
It also responds to specific collective questions with updated information for the self-employed, employers, workers affected by ERTES or home help service, among many other examples.
Truthful information
The information is updated daily by the body of inspectors and staff of the General Directorate of Strategic Planning, Quality and Modernization of the Public Administration of the Ministry of Justice. In this way, the public is kept informed in a clear and fast way through an official source such as the Generalitat, which allows countering hoaxes and 'fake news' that circulate on social networks and decongests other existing information lines.
The download procedure is simple and the application is free. As in the rest of the apps, it is available through the two purchase platforms of mobile operating systems such as Android or IOS (Apple company).

In addition, it is a versatile application that allows subsequent adaptation to other emergencies or catastrophes in the Valencian Community. In this way, a new tool is available to keep citizens informed in the quickest and most affordable way of the impact and measures taken in the event of any emergency crisis that occurs in the Community.
