El Mayor of Xàbia, José Chulvi, has attended this morning the inauguration of Gabriel Sapena Salines as justice of the peace. In the last plenary session, Sapena was re-elected unanimously by the entire Corporation and this morning he signed the act of possession of the position before the secretary of the Court.
The mayor has wished Gabriel Sapena the best in this new mandate (the fourth as justice of the peace) and has highlighted his level of commitment to the position, his experience and his knowledge of the social reality of Xàbia.
Likewise, Chulvi has vindicated the importance of justices of the peace when it comes to mediating and seeking common agreement in any neighborhood conflict, in addition to their institutional role and in other procedures related to the civil registration.
