The cold did not prevent a successful participation in the 2018 Carnival party

Despite the low temperatures that were registered during the night of yesterday, Saturday, hundreds of people participated in the party of Carnival that took place in the historic center of Xàbia. The parade, the orchestra and the mobile disco, organized by the festival department and the Fogueres Xàbia Commission, filled the streets and the Plaza de la Constitución with atmosphere. A dance starring the Ghostbusters opened the 2018 Carnival parade and they were followed by original costumes, closing the 2018 quintà parade dressed as Dalmatians.

After the tour, which had to change itinerary at the last minute for an incident, the participants gathered in the tent installed in the Plaza de la Constitución where they enjoyed the music of the orchestra Diamonds and of the DJs, Alex Femenia and Raul Albi. In addition, the prizes were awarded to the best couples, group and individual costumes.
