At 14:00 p.m. Thursday, the CICU was alerted that they were pulling an unconscious woman out of the water on El El Arenal of Javea. The CICU has mobilized a SAMU unit.
The SAMU medical team has performed advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the woman, as well as other recovery techniques, but there has been no response, she had died. The judicial autopsy will reveal the causes of the drowning of the 76-year-old woman.
Agents of the Xàbia Local Police have also attended the scene of the event.
