Music and fun were the protagonists of this past weekend at the El Portitxol. Hundreds of residents and visitors joined this seventh edition of the celebrations, which have become tradition. On Saturday, music, humor and good company they reigned in the parade and singing with dolçaina i tabalet around the Portitxol area. The group 'It goes cant'was in charge of singing albaes, valencianes i cants of batre. Humorist performance Eugeni Alemany, the DANSA, Sobaquillo dinner and the orchestra were other events that took place the first day of the holidays.
Mavi Pérez, Festera Portitxol this 2016, made a positive assessment of the course of the parties and noted that there was a great turnout, "more than 500 chairs were occupied for the dinner of sobaquillo".
