Xàbia athletes continue to give joys to the municipality, especially the younger ones, something vital for the future. Their successes are important where they compete and honor the entire world of sport, proudly bearing the name of the city attached to them. The athletes who received the municipal recognition were, Juan Ayuso, Aitana Martínez y Laura Jaque.

His sporting successes were recognized in a warm and exciting ceremony that took place in the town hall, in which a large part of the corporation, with the mayor, José Chulvi and Councilman sports, Vicent Colomer, was present.
