"A Town Hall "inactive, without a roadmap and without political initiative." This is the analysis that the executive of the PSOE of Xàbia makes of the first year of the tripartite government.
Almost fifteen months in which, according to the socialists, in Xàbia "not a single major project has been promoted, nor have those that were left almost ready been continued, such as the municipal swimming pool, a finished work, which was received (that is, accepted with all its consequences) by the tripartite and, now, remains closed and with no date in sight due to lack of management."
Another example offered by the PSPV regarding the alleged lack of management was the withdrawal of the contract for the work to convert the Lighthouse of Cape San Antonio in an interpretation centre of the marine reserve. “A unique space that could be visited and that is now forgotten in a drawer.”
Likewise, problems such as access to housing (with an absolute record of tourist apartments), insecurity, with more than eight daily calls to the Local Police during the summer months, or the feeling of grievance among local businessmen due to the programming of events during markedly tourist periods, have been growing day by day. The conclusion for the socialists is that after 15 months the most relevant thing has been the resignation of the PP spokesman, Enrique Escrivá.
In light of this and on the occasion of the start of the political year, this week a working meeting took place between the Socialist Municipal Group and the executive of the PSOE of Xàbia to, as the spokesperson explained, José Chulvi "to make a diagnosis of the situation after this first year of tripartite government (PP, CpJ and VOX) and prepare a series of realistic, necessary and immediately applicable proposals that we will announce in the coming weeks."
In this regard, José Chulvi recalled that "the opposition's job, even if the mayor doesn't like it, is to monitor the government and provide proposals that can improve Xàbia. And we are not going to stop doing it." In addition, Chulvi recalled that "the PSOE was the list with the most votes in the 2023 elections, as in the three previous elections, something that obliges and legitimizes us to offer an alternative model as we have been doing for all these months."
It's a real disaster, yes (and I don't vote for the PS)
Chulvi knows no shame and criticizes others, forgetting that today's situation was created by him and his corrupt friends in 12 years of parasitism. How sad...
Totally agree
Wow, it seems that all of Chulvi's plebs have agreed to criticize the current government for the fifteen months they have been in power, when in twelve years they left a disastrous and harmful legacy.
Look, it is a crime that the Rosa Boys boast about an urban planning department that gives out a thousand licenses a day to continue destroying Jávea and so that the speculators (their friends) continue doing business.
With VOX ordering the dismissal of workers to put their own people in charge
With the streets full of shit and people drinking without cleaning them up
With 0 police doing nothing to solve the security problems we have
With everything stopped and unfulfilled promises:
where is the Montañar turnaround?
where is the popular consultation for the bou embolat?
Where are the transport subsidies and new bus lines?
where is the arenal health center?
Where are Rosa's 50 campaign promises of which she has made ZERO?
Lying Rose
And where were you during these twelve years of socialist misrule?
My goodness, poor Rosa must be having a hard time with this for these to be the arguments.
TODAY Xàbia is dirtier
More insecure
More tourist apartments
More massification
More angry businessmen
More dirt
…And add to that a spokesperson who leaves because they can't stand each other and a swimming pool accepted by the tripartite government... and now they don't know how to open it because they haven't done their homework.
Of PITY.
My goodness, if the socialists say this 🙈🙈🙈 at least you would be better off keeping quiet. Because talking after the last 15 years without doing anything seems a bit…. Do you remember your first year of socialism? Letting people work and seeing how things can be done. And what a legacy Rosa has collected from the town. But don't worry, Jávea is recovering. Greetings and congratulations on the work done and still to be done.
So far the PP has done little, although some things are going better (cleaner), but it seems that in terms of making big deals we are still the same.
Of course, the fact that the dirty guys dare to say anything about Chulvi's legacy is outrageous. They should be hiding in Venezuela.
Let us remember just in case:
•Auditorium work.
•Triana's work (that beautiful year going around a bridge that was never fixed).
•Construction of the second Montañar (one year of blockage and no bike lane).
•Works of the institute.
•Works by Thiviers (there they are).
•The central cinema.
•The sewerage system with all the entrenched socialism.
•The pharaonic works of villas in San Antonio.
•Sardinera beach converted into a private cove for the chalets up there.
•In two years, two mega-fires in La Plana and Granadella without a single measure to prevent the second.
•Extreme dirt.
•The “pringatelasmanos” containers.
A mayor who lies, who does not comply with her programme, who MAKES UP FALSE meetings, whose councillors resign because the atmosphere is toxic, who has to fire collaborators, who places her friends, who allows Jávea to be the city of rubbish, drinking and insecurity... what a disgrace.
A contributor who ran a newspaper has been dismissed, and Chulvinet, the Valencian Socialists' Secretary for Freedom of Expression and Against Censorship, has denounced him for two opinion articles. Freedom of expression in the eyes of others, but not in mine. That is the motto of the Secretary for Freedom of Expression, deputy spokesman for the Corts and municipal spokesman, José Francisco Chulvi Español.
Manipulation and censorship of opinions is what the mayor's newspaper does. It publishes what it wants and also publishes the comments that suit it. I hope that this newspaper continues to do impartial journalism and that the rest of the citizens can continue to express themselves, not like Xabia al día does.
And by the way, the old government did a lot of things wrong, but the current government is putting the previous one on a pedestal. This is what governing in coalition is all about.
Li diu el mort al degollat.. qui t.ha fet eixe forat?
If 30 votes present the difference between Guatemala or Guatepeor… estem molt molt molt fotuts…
Rosa wasn't going to put an end to the botellón? Well, this summer there has been MORE THAN EVER. Streets full of rubbish, shouting, pissing, fights, insults to residents, dangers to traffic, thousands of glasses and bottles in the river that will end up at the bottom of the sea... how embarrassing to lie to your neighbours like that!!!!!
The tripartite is a placement agency for their colleagues. They are throwing workers out onto the street to bring in their own. If not, ask, ask... it is clear that so many favours had to be paid for. And meanwhile, Jávea is getting worse and worse. But the neighbours have to pay for the stupidities of the three tenors and with more and more taxes and fewer services.
That's right, tripartite is corruption and placing their own people in power is a mistake. But there is the PSOE that is barely making opposition, in 15 months it is the second or third publication that I see in which they have said something about the poor management of the government.
They give the Villa Experience people a month and a half of free land in the summer and everything is free… to create unfair competition for us merchants who PAY TAXES ALL YEAR ROUND AND CREATE JOBS ALL YEAR ROUND. Rosa, you have no shame.
Absolutely right. It's grotesque.
Rosa has been lying for a year!
If they accept a pool and then say that something is wrong with it and they don't even know how to open it... they're a fucking joke. And the dirty containers are already bursting, and the streets are full of piss and sticky and some idiot on a scooter shaves you on the sidewalk and the cops in their hot cars.
They cannot criticise those who did nothing of what they promised... the park on Avenida de Paris is still not built, the promised cultural centre in El Arenal that Quico Moragues announced during his campaign has not been built either, and so on and so forth (auditorium, swimming pool, Calle Genoa, etc., etc.), the insecurity and noise, no time control of the premises, the shame of the Zas area at Punta del Arenal, the storm drains continually flooding, turning off streets and without streetlights being repaired for years, no pavement or signage on the Masymas al Consum square, people risking their lives every day... How many years was Chulvi at the head of the municipal administration, ten, twelve?
The Tripartite has managed to disgust the only one who seemed halfway decent and that is why they have left. The shit in the streets eats you up, the police are neither there nor expected, drinking, vandalism and every day more cranes and more apartments for tourists that do not let anyone live.
Of course, the colleagues are well placed.
1 any of Rosa: lies, resignations, one of her cabinet on the street and tot parat.
Very good posing, as always. As always, promises. Chulvi, make way… you have no credibility.
Friends of the PSOE: either change or decline. You will get nowhere like this.
