Vicenç Arnáiz is a psychologist of recognized prestige and during his professional career he has been director of the Early Childhood Service in Menorca, director of the Institute for Early Childhood Education of the Government of the Balearic Islands and external advisor to the Ministry of Education on issues related to early childhood.
He is also a teacher educator in Early Childhood Education, an associate professor at the University of the Balearic Islands, president of the Children's Observatory of Menorca and advisor to the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI) as an expert in Early Childhood Education, among others.
He is a regular contributor to educational magazines at the state level and is usually required to make courses, presentations, seminars ..., focused on the area of affectivity and suffering of children, opportunities for family life, meaning and the objectives of education, etc. Regular collaborator in the different educational magazines of the State, he belongs to the board of directors and the advisory council of the magazines Guix d'infantil and Aula.
