The President of the Generalitat Valenciana, Ximo Puig, has appointed, today, the members of the Consell and has granted their portfolios. The new Consell is structured with a total of 11 consellerias. The head of the Consell has presided over the act of taking possession of the new Consell, in which all the consellers and consellers have promised their positions:

In the act of taking possession of the consellers and consellers, the President of the Generalitat, Ximo Puig, has indicated that the second Parity Government of the Valencian Community assumes the "collective ambition" to end macho violence. This has been expressed by the head of the Consell and has stressed the formation of a Government "humble, responsible and dialogue" which represents the "diversity" of the Valencian society.
Likewise, the President has indicated that it is "Beginning of a political cycle for the Valencian Community" in which the Generalitat must "deepen the policies of progress that these years have placed the Valencian Community on the path of a new renaissance".
