The Popular Party of Xàbia seeks to win the next municipal elections and get its candidate, Rosa Cardona, becomes the first woman mayor of the town. With this challenge, and that of improving Xàbia, she has presented herself, in an act in Isla Bonita, to the team that makes up the list of candidates for the next elections on May 28.
Cardona faces his second elections as head of the list with a clear objective, "to offer results and not just promises. That the residents of Xàbia have all the services and facilities they deserve." This is how forceful the popular mayor has shown in one of the first acts of the electoral pre-campaign.
Rosa has made a brief review of what will be her electoral program. A list of projects with which the Popular Party intends to "improve Xàbia". The number 1 of the Populares Xàbia has qualified the need to have ambition to achieve the best, "we want a polygon, we want to put an end to the paralysis of the infrastructures, we want to reactivate abandoned projects such as the Auditorium, the Central Cinema or the Casa Candelaria ".
Likewise, Cardona has highlighted the virtues that each of the members of his new team have; "A human team with enthusiasm and willing to work for Xàbia". The PP candidate for mayor of Xàbia has also expressed her good relationship with him until a month ago, councilor for Citizens, Enrique Escrivá, which becomes number 2 on the list, "working side by side will make it possible for us to get many together".
For his part, Escrivá has outlined the need to do something for Xàbia, "during these years there has been no desire to work for the town. Town hall it is rich in banks with 50 million but it is impoverished in Services. And there a change is needed, with Rosa being the other option."
Before the parliaments, the act has begun by publicizing the name of the 23 people who face the challenge of improving Xàbia under the acronym of the PP. A totally equal list made up of young and new people in the first rows.
