The Popular Party of Xàbia denounces the lack of cleanliness of the Gorgos river bed and ravines to avoid great consequences with the arrival of heavy storms.
Given the constancy of the PP, about which other municipalities have taken over the maintenance of the river, passing through their town, he urges the government team of Xàbia, with José Chulvi at the head, contact the Hydrographic Confederation of Júcar and take or take measures in cleaning.
The popular ones say that unnecessarily, "Xàbia lives a situation of insecurity every time there is a probability of heavy rains, due to the large amount of weeds, reeds and dirt that Gorgos carries" .
From the PP they also affirm that "with the maintenance and cleaning of the river and ravines it will be avoided that, after a flood, our entire coastline is filled with weeds, and in the same way, the Town hall would avoid, later, having to carry out the tasks of cleaning and tidying up our beaches".
