The vibration of the party is already felt in El Poble Nou de Benitatxell with the celebration of traditional festivities in honor of Santa María Magdalena. The presentation of the 2019 party people "The desfalcà" and the performance of the orchestra La Tribu, last Saturday 20, uncorked an intense program full of music, sports, mascletadas, giant paellas, folk dances, fideuà comxicotetions, popular dinners, children's activities, DJ performances and bullfighting festivities.
Sunday was the time of the concert of the X Anniversary of the "Colla la Llebetjà" that put the public on foot with the spectacular joint performance of El Rebrot de Rafelcofer, the Muixeranga Alginet and the Grup de Danses Morro Falquí.
The program continued on Monday with religious events in honor of Santa María Magdalena and the elaboration of the giant paella on Tuesday has filled the atmosphere of the municipality.
The festivities will continue this week with the fideuà contest, the I Beer Pong Championship, the float parade and religious events among other activities. The full program can see it here.
The festivities will have volunteers who, coordinated by the Department of Parties, Equality, Inclusion and Gender Policies, will ensure the eradication of violence during the festivities.
