Next weekend, November 14 and 15, El Poble Nou de Benitatxell will participate in the "I Comarcal Fair Marina Alta"to be held in the Prado de Ondara. Participation in this fair will serve to spread the BioMoscatell project recovery of crops and the traditional landscape.
Both the mayor of the municipality, Josep Femenia, as the Councilor for Agriculture and Economic Development, Manolo Segarra, have agreed that the fair "It is a great opportunity to promote a project that is a firm commitment to a sustainable economy and putting in value the territory and tradition".
The BioMoscatell project will be present in one of the stands and will offer visitors a sample and tasting of their products, including Moraig wine and muscatel juice in ecological conversion. During the day of Sunday, in the forum space and the 12: 00 hours, the project coordinator, Jose Manuel Bisseto, will give a lecture about the importance that the vineyards have in the biodiversity of the Marina Alta.
This project also take advantage of the presence at the fair to publicize the program CuinaMoscatell. The first day of this project will be held on November 24 in Denia.
This event is a step forward in the introduction of muscat as inspiring ingredient in the catering sector. It is recalled that the day will include a show-cooking with the participation of about 80 students CDT Kitchen and María Ibars Institute of Denia.
