Monday begins a new edition of Xabia to Plat

Rice will star in the fourth edition of the Xàbia Plat starting on Monday and will run until March 14. This gastronomic walk together on this occasion to 13 restaurants that will promote the local cuisine.

There will honeyed, dried, paella or exotic rices and in all cases will go dressed with starters and other dishes tasting, plus a selection of wines DO Valencia.

The establishments participating in this gastronomic initiative are Bon Amb, Calima, Casa Ángel, Castelló, Embruix, Mezquida, Parador de Jávea, La Perla de Jávea, La Renda, Los Remos-La Nao, El Rodat, South and Trencall addition to the cocktelería the corner. They propose a tasting menu for 30 euros.

José Manuel Piña, president of the Association of Restaurateurs of Xàbia, explained that the aim of this conference is to break the seasonality of tourism, being a hook for visitors in times not so powerful the year.
