The Marina and the Pitiusas, also a literary connection. Tono Fornés and Santi Inocencio won the I Diafebus Prize of Youth Novel with Les aventures del capità Boira to Eivissa and Formentera. Now officially presented in Dénia, next Saturday 24 November at 12 hours in a Casa de la Paraula de la Estación de Baleària in the port of Dénia.
The presentation will have the presence of the editor Josep Vicent Miralles, who, together with the authors, will shed the keys of this fun work that combines nautical and literary passion with captivating watercolors of maritime theme.
With classic materials and full of strength a sea narration is constructed that has the flavor of the great adventure of always and that catches to the reader without remedy. The authors also show the unfailing connection between the Marina and the Pitiusas, with a sea, a language and so many things shared, reflected in the main characters of the novel: The Captain Boira, his dog Ti, the Home of Can Sac, Mr. Ning Von Ranken, the photographer Lupita Virtudes de la Presentación and the Afro-Alacant journalist Ruiz-Senyor.
