The Institut Valencià de la Joventut (IVAJ) has suspended the implementation of the concerted offer program in hostels and camps in the modalities 'Viu l'hivern' y 'Viu l'estiu', for the years 2020 and 2021.
This measure is adopted with the objective of preserving the health of the beneficiaries of this program, since it is a collective activity without the possibility, at present, that it can be carried out with the appropriate health guarantees.
In addition, both the IVAJ facilities and the activities carried out therein must be adapted to the new health protocols derived from the situation of COVID-19, which entails substantial modifications in the conditions of the calls for the concerted offer program .
Refund of the subscription
The resolution, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, establishes that the amounts paid for the reservation of places in the call for the concerted offer program will be returned, ex officio.
This measure is adopted so that the entities and people benefiting from the program can reorient their programming in the face of the new situation caused by the pandemic.
The call for a concerted offer 2020-2021 made available in the Valencian Community more than 13.300 places for the use of the facilities to groups of a minimum of 15 people from youth associations, primary, secondary, baccalaureate, training cycles, universities , town halls, sports clubs and other public or private entities as well as groups of young organizers of educational leisure activities.
The 'Viu l'Estiu' modality in VATJ hostels and camps offered stays from June 1 to September 6, 2020 and the 'Viu l'Hivern' modality from September 7, 2020 to May 31, 2021.
