The manager of Javeacompany requests the precautionary suspension of its closure

May 14 from 2022 - 09: 10

Before him precinct of two of the premises of Punta del Arenal, the general director of Javeacompany, Edgar Slama, to which the Acqua, La Bambula and Achill premises belong, located at the tip of Arenal, has issued a statement indicating that their businesses will remain open.

Slama states that "the Town hall intends to close soon the premises where we have been carrying out our activity for years (Acqua, Bambula and Achill), despite the fact that it is fully aware that favorable technical reports issued by the Authorized Control Body have been submitted by us ( GOOSE). The reports certify the technical and environmental compliance of the premises (in terms of safety, fire protection, evacuation routes, urban compatibility, etc.) and are favorable to the opening of the facilities".

The director of Javeacompany points out that the action that the Jávea City Council intends to carry out "is contrary to law, which has forced us to file a contentious-administrative appeal before the court of Alicante to defend our rights and the rights of the users of our establishments".

Slama indicates that "in a Rule of Law an Administration cannot act in such an arrogant way, deliberately ignoring the value of those technical reports that have been presented. For this reason, together with the filing of the aforementioned appeal, the judged the precautionary suspension of the closure agreed for the next day 17 and 20".

The director of the business group highlights that "the law establishes that once this precautionary measure is requested and until the judge rules, the Administration cannot take justice into its own hands and proceed with the Closing. For this reason, we warn that any attempt to proceed with the closing of our premises before the judicial decision is made will imply that we take criminal action against the authorities and officials who intervene in case this could constitute a crime."

Since this Mr. Slama refers to the law that must be complied with, he begins by registering all his workers with Social Security for the number of hours they work and abides by the collective agreement for hotels in the province of Alicante.
What a pity that there are businessmen like him and that the city council is so permissive with him, since he has even appropriated the streets between the premises of the sandbank for the exploitation, with the approval of the city council. a pity
I hope that the city council is fairer with the hoteliers and does not make these distinctions.

Last night I was watching Eurovision «live» with some friends who thought they were superior to the side effects of A¥M and while I was smoking a damn cigarette with a friend of the Soul and he told me: «hold the foundations of this fucking town well or they will blow up all the original documents from Jávea». If light is the key to a feeling, only a Lady with her Bishop will be able to return home sweetly, because otherwise the Kings of the State will believe they are the dolphins of the Sea and the pawns so dreamed of on September 8 will awaken and this will indeed be a prey easy". # 7529KCN # no gender violence # legal guardian # save the Whale # crowded # witness # arrested # PS one day the Tooth Fairy told me # 720.

If I were the owner of those premises and all the others who want to close, I would leave the premises closed and without selling them so that tourism goes to other towns to see if the city council supports its community more and what the community lives Community , I do not believe that the owners of the establishments want to work like this , what happened is that the city council does not get smart and does not try to put the establishments in order and that is when Costas appears , now that is 5 establishments but Costas wants to close all business or a house less than 250 meters from the coast, and the city council doesn't care, let's hope they wake up the city council that we are left with nothing to live on

State of law says ..hahaha. In Spain the laws, the judicial system and the administration are so mediocre that it cannot be called the rule of law. And reading the comments of some, where envy predominates, it is not that there is much understanding of what is right and legality to improve the subject.

    – You could also make reports on the working conditions of your employees… hours signed in the contracts and hours worked…

Well, I'm telling you, I have several relatives working for this company and they're all happy, they earn more than €1000 a month, they contribute, they do their 8 hours, if they do extras they get paid, they have days off, vacations and they contribute, that report You could ask the town hall to find out in what conditions they have their local police working, who have had to go on strike to claim what belongs to them, good afternoon

  6. Luis says:

You can present the reports you want, if they are not validated by the City Council and you do not have, therefore, the appropriate licenses and permits, they are useless. Like Juan Palomo I cook it and I eat it. Good this. So anyone can set up a business by creating our own documentation that is above the Laws? This man goes through life quite left over. In addition, what does he care about the rights of the users of his establishments when he has been offering an illegal activity for 15 years? What he has to care about is his responsibility towards his employees, business, service he offers and the Spanish legal system.

Any news on last Sunday's machete fight? Something about the increase in crime? Assaults and robberies go up but I don't see anything through this "news portal". It is necessary that the premises of the siesta mug be closed in accordance with the law, but it would be more important to report on the fact that a score of guys met in the Plaza de la Constitución to fight with knives and clean machetes. By the way, there were injuries. There will be some witness or is it that the families who were quietly hanging out there do not exist.

I would tell you, with all due respect, that the nonsense of the Government of Jávea began, more or less, about ten years ago.
An individual with no managerial experience, he is voted mayor, surrounds himself with councilors with the same ribbon, and begins one of the races towards Absolute Chaos.
Absurd works, various dizziness about Culture, Festivals and raving, raving… we have arrived at these sludge!

Cris, as long as someone incompetent is in charge, what did you expect?

      A greeting.

If one day they close La Siesta I hope it closes next to Motgo di Bongo, what happens? That laws only exist when the one doing well is a foreigner? As the other is from the third, the law of coasts does not affect him being two meters to the left of the Siesta? Of course, since the clientele prefers the quality of the Siesta, the Montgo di Bongo remains empty and that itches, right? To know what plug the owner has with one of the city council so that he is not affected by the laws
