The situation that the country is facing in the face of the coronavirus pandemic has caused musical events to be postponed. For this 2020, in Xàbia a new festival was started, the Gall Festival, but after postponing it from May to September, finally, the organization communicates that this first edition is canceled, although it will return in 2021.
The official statement published on their social networks states: "After several meetings with the Javea Town Hall and the latest government measures, we have decided (with all the pain in the world) to postpone the event to next 2021. This, added to the latest outbreaks of COVID19 throughout Spain, and specifically in Xàbia, we have decided to postpone the event definitively to cited 2021 ".
In the statement they indicate their enthusiasm to continue with this beautiful story, "But we believe that, for the good of all, and seeing as the cases continue to grow, the most correct thing is to follow the indications of the competent organizations. We will continue working with the hope of the first day so that next year we can celebrate the first edition of Gall Festival in Xàbia with all normality ".
From the organization of the Gall Festival they transmit their support to artists, promoters, technicians, suppliers, security and all the parties that, directly or indirectly, have made the festivals a place to celebrate life.
