With the votes in favor of the PSOE (government team) and the abstention of all opposition parties (PP, CpJ, C's and Compromís), the promoter has free way to continue with the works.
In the plenary, both the first mayor, José Chulvi As City Planning Councilwoman Isabel Bolufer acknowledged that this case has been full of mistakes from the beginning, "But we have limited ourselves to following both technical and legal records".

Opposition reactions
On the part of the opposition, from the PP, the spokeswoman Rosa Cardona, he stressed that, in his opinion, the lack of foresight has made the file increasingly complicated, "It could have been solved in June but it has been lengthening, not looking for solutions has made the problem worse."
Joan Cardona, from Compromís, launched the government team to work together for an urban model for Xàbia, "and in the new General Structural Plan there was no consensus".
For Enrique Escrivà, of Citizens, "Things were not done well with the granting of the license from the beginning, he fell into a ferris wheel where he could not leave and now who assumes that responsibility ?."
Finally, Juan Ortolà, of Citizens for Jávea, said that this file has two key moments, "the day the license was granted when there was already a suspension in this area and the day when the injury file was not answered."
