The next October 1, at 17:00 p.m., lovers of sacred music will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique concert in the Church of Our Lady of Loreto, in the port of Xàbia. The event, offered by the prestigious Cantores Sanctis Diebus choir from Salisbury (England), directed by Nicholas Hale, has a charitable nature in support of Cáritas Jávea.
Admission to the concert is free, but those who wish are encouraged to make a donation to Cáritas Ntra. Sra. de Loreto, which works to help the neediest families in the community.
The Cantores Sanctis Diebus choir has a long history of collaboration with Xàbia, visiting the city since 2010. The concert on October 1 will mark its 104th performance in the city. Throughout these years, their performances have raised approximately 7.500 euros to benefit Cáritas.
But this will not be the only performance of the choir in the region. He Friday September 29, the church of Benimaurell, in the Vall de Laguar, will hold the mass for the Patron Saint Festivities, at 18:30 p.m., followed by a brief concert by the ensemble at 19:15 p.m.
Finally, the Saturday September 30, the Cantores Sanctis Diebus will participate in the concert Choral Overload at 19:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30 at the Cumbre del Sol Theater.
