The Consell asks the Supreme Court to extend the curfew

August 11 from 2021 - 15: 23

Next Monday, August 16, the restrictions now in force in the Valencian Community will end. Some measures that include the curfew in several municipalities of the Community, including six in the Marina Alta.

The intention of the Valencian government is to prolong the restrictions. To do this, it has requested today, to the Superior Court of Justice, the extension of the prohibition of night mobility, from 1 to 6 in the morning, starting next Monday, as published by the Get the Funds!.

The Consell hopes to be able to obtain the approval of the TSJ and thus determine, in the meeting of the Interdepartmental Table at the end of the week, what will be the new restrictions that will take effect until September 6.

Some municipalities that now have a curfew could lose it. It should be remembered that Dénia, Calp, Teulada, Pego, Ondara and Gata de Gorgos now have the night mobility restriction. Waiting remains to know more details about this request and to know if any more municipality, such as Xàbia, could enter the curfew list, as its mayor has already requested, José Chulvi, or which ones are left without it due to the low contagion rates it registers.

I have been coming to Javea, where I have residence, for 34 years and today I have been truly ashamed. A lady asked us if the beach at El Arenal was always this dirty, full of seaweed on the shore. I have invented a swell, a secluded bay, etc. I am honestly a fan of Javea but I myself think how it is possible to have a beach without cleaning. Keep in mind that Javea is right now a fashionable destination. Couldn't you take care of your appearance a bit?
