At Lóleo Eventos, XXIII Interschool League of Club Náutico Jávea The Graüll School prevailed, in second place was the IES Antoni Llidó and the Vicente Tena ranked third. The young people of the Graüll got the winners' cup back in their showcases. The winners in the paddle surf and kayak category, as well as in the drawing contest, also had prizes.
In this XXIII Interscholastic League organized by the Jávea Nautical Club in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the Javea Town Hall, a total of 156 students participated, who during 15 days learned and learned about the sports of the sea. They discovered the sensations that are felt when practicing sailing, windsurfing or kayaking, sports that are available at the xabiero yacht club. In this type of activities where the subsequent sailing champions emerge.
In addition, the schoolchildren participated in a beach cleaning activity and the environment of the port in the hands of the Ecomar Foundation, which promotes environmental awareness among the youngest.
All participants received, from the Club's manager, Luis Nogueroles and the Sports Councilor, Vicent Colomer, a medal in recognition of the learning accomplished these weeks.
This year, the theoretical part and in particular, the protection of the environment that surrounds us and the sea in particular, has been one of the themes on which the Club has put more effort. Young people have to learn these habits to transfer them to their parents and put them into practice in the future.
At the end of the act, all the protagonists and their parents and mothers were able to enjoy a snack.
Once the Interscholastic League is over, schoolchildren can continue their training in sea sports in the different summer courses that the yacht club has underway.
