On August 18, the Club Handbol Xàbia closed a successful beach handball season with the completion of the Spanish Championship held in Cádiz. The season began in May with the first round of the Lliga Autonòmica in Alicante, where the club's teams once again demonstrated their dominance in the Valencian Community.
In the regional competition, the Xàbia Handbol Club teams stood out by winning in several categories. The women's children's team, the women's senior team and the men's senior team won the title of champions, while the men's children's team and the women's cadet team obtained second place in their respective categories. These excellent results allowed them to access the Arena Handbol Tour, which took place in various locations such as La Manga del Mar Menor, Torrox, Laredo and finally Cádiz.
At the national level, the Club Handbol Xàbia teams also showed their quality. The women's children's team was positioned in eighth place in the national ranking, while the men's children's team reached ninth place. The female cadet team achieved a creditable third position. In addition, the senior women managed to stay in the first division of Spanish beach handball for another year by finishing in eighth place in a circuit made up of sixteen teams.
