The order of closure of the premises of Xàbia now falls on one of the Cala Granadella

16 June 2022 - 14: 09

A new restaurant must put its business out of business. This time it is one located in the Cala Granadella. This is how the TSJ has ordered it by not accepting the allegations presented by the owner of the premises.

The business that must execute the closure is the old Bar Llebeig, although now, after a change of owners, it is Bandideta.

The reason for this closure order dates back to 2003, when the former manager carried out some illegal works on the premises. The reform action, for which there is no license request, was to make a warehouse in the back and cover it.

Given this fact, the Superior Court of Justice has ordered the Town hall that proceeds to close the business.

Since 2003 and above, the new owners have eaten the brown that the old ones sold them. Who besides cheating has cheated? Where is the former owner? quietly in another place? So goes the administration...

The closure of the three Restaurants in the Arenal is becoming a dump and soon, in a paradise for rats and other animals, God save the Arenal

  3. Willy says:

Bravo Chulvi every day you do better.

  4. Valim Hornett says:

    Well, the issue is clear:
TODAY a restaurant opens next door and in 19 years they will close it. Well, 19 years earning money and breaking the law.

I remind you that we are idiots for allowing these excesses, we pay the salary to incapable people for the NO MANAGEMENT of Jávea. Amazing but real.

  5. Carlos says:

Good, damn, good! We are going to try to make Xabia one of the most pleasant places in the Mediterranean. The Greek islands, the Dalmatian coast, the Amalfi coast…….they all have a serious respect for the environment and the beauty of the surroundings. Few enclaves in Spain can boast of it. Urban planning in Xabia is still far from the high standards of leading destinations.

    • Sabrina Muniz says:

I understand your enthusiasm, but that Jávea is a leading destination is already an impossible fantasy. I am referring to its infumable municipal management, crazy, there is no capacity for anything, totally undocumented, moving for very particular interests and governing for and by their own.
The closing of the catering establishments does not obey a plan to improve Jávea, on the contrary, the Justice acts due to Municipal passivity, everything will return to its normal course, that of nonsense, that of signing and signing work licenses, charging absurd salaries and not give explanations to anyone about ANYTHING.

  6. María says:

If the PSOE agrees with ETA and separatists to govern, what do you expect of them? benefits?
We have incapable people managing Jávea, voted by the People, so there is the result, keep voting shit and we will have shit to see…

  7. JaveaSinLey says:

Again the gentlemen (not to call them in worse ways) of the city council applying the law at convenience. They turn a blind eye to these people who do what they want without a license, for the rest restrictions and impediments.

But what have they believed? The council does not act, it only organizes parties, well that's how it goes. Long live Javea lawless.

  8. how much patience says:

Other? Well, up to a thousand there are still a few left, the best thing would be to seal off the entire town and that way it would be finished sooner.
