The sunny morning with strong wind that was yesterday Sunday tarnished the football match between Jávea and Alcúdia to which 300 spectators attended. It was an exciting game with two teams ready to take all three points. Before the meeting began, a minute of silence was observed in memory of Julen.
The game started with many nerves of the premises, which were not right in the last meters. The rojiblancos had the best chances. The first, in a shot by Lucas from the edge of the area that crashed into the crossbar. The next move was Michael who had the goal but his forced shot went over the crossbar.
For the visitors, the best occasion was in a good counter that Pablo threw with the left and stopped Edu. In the 27 minute the first goal came, on a good play by the left of Palau and Aldo who finished off Lucas Bou to the net.
Just five minutes later L'Alcúdia tied in a free kick inside the area by transfer to the goalkeeper who scored Nacho from unstoppable shooting. With a tie to a goal, the rest was reached with good feelings from the locals to be able to overcome the game.
The second part began with dominance of Jávea, who could unleash the game in a play by Palau who left the goalkeeper and his shot with the right crashed into the post. They were the best minutes of the premises that little later and after a corner, Palau finished with the head and could sentence the Jávea minutes later. It was in a Lucas hand in hand that Jordi made a great stop when the third was already sung. It was the visiting team who returned to tie in a corner thrown by Nacho, Edu and the wind which caused that they scored a goal in own door.
The locals kept hugging the visitors' goal and this time it was Paolo who, free of the mark, made the definitive 3-2 with an accurate header. Until the end, the visitors wanted to reach the domains of Edu but the forces were very limited and the match ended with a triumph of Jávea, who has been benefited from the draw of Dénia and Benigánim, approaching promotion posts.
