CD Jávea celebrates its 80 anniversary with the presentation of the football school teams

As every year, the CD Jávea celebrates its presentation of teams, but on this occasion, the one that took place on Sunday afternoon, November 17, has been special and that is that the Club has commemorated its 80 anniversary. 80 years bringing joys, but also days of sadness. 80 years in which the club has grown and much, but all this has been due to those that made its beginnings possible.

The history of the club is born with the most veteran now, residents of Xàbia, who as children, gave themselves to football with the same joy that the little ones do today. Hundreds of men have passed through CD Jávea, their feet have hit the ball thousands of times to give the victory to the rojiblanco team, CD Jávea, and proof of this has been the small tribute that some of the former players who have javiense shirt dress: Sanroc, Milhomens, Batiste Vallés, Noguera, Jaime Sapena, Ximo Carrasco, Vicente Fornés, Kubala, Luís Bas, Pepe Vives, Paco Caturla, Juan Antonio Ivars 'chino', Yogue and Fede Climent. The meeting detail to these members who have made history has been the gift of an 80th anniversary t-shirt, a gesture that the honorees have greatly appreciated.

But the beginning of this act was carried out by the teams that in this season 2019-2020 make up the Xabiero Club Soccer School and keep the story going. From the subsidiary of the CD Jávea to the little ones they have gone out to the field to form the emblematic 80. In total, about 300 youth and 19 teams have filled the municipal field of Xàbia with color.

The event was attended by hundreds of family and fans, the board of the club, as well as the Mayor of Xàbia, José ChulviAnd the sports council, Alberto Tur, who have highlighted the importance of sport and have encouraged the most players to enjoy each game.
