November 23 from 2022 - 13: 07

El Javea Town Hall continues to work to make visible and recognize the cultural diversity of the municipality. From the office of attention to foreigners (Pangea) they propose one more year the week of cultural diversity that, this edition, will focus on women and their perspective, a program that combines activities aimed at the general public, as well as others programmed jointly with the local Secondary Education Institutes.

Programming Languages

The program begins with the Human Library, which will be the November 28 Monday in the Clot multipurpose room. The schedule will be in the morning, since it is aimed at second-year Baccalaureate students from the IES Antoni Llidó and La Mar de Xàbia. During this activity, the story of six book-person women will be known, through which they will be able to better understand and learn about the realities that migrant women and daughters of Xàbia go through with families from other places.

Through this initiative, the aim is to eliminate prejudices and stereotypes that undermine the value and richness that cultural diversity brings. In addition, and thanks to the collaboration of the Red Cross of Xàbia, students will be able to
interact with two games provided by the entity, through which they will be able to better understand the reality of refugees.

The programming will continue Friday December 2 in the afternoon, with two activities open to the general public. Initially, at 17:XNUMX p.m., the storyteller "Casa mía es casa tuya" will be represented in the Plaza de la Iglesia de Xàbia aimed at children. In case the weather and the cold do not accompany, it would be moved inside the House of Culture.

Then, at 18:30 p.m., the activities will continue at the Casa de la Cultura, where the documentary "Encuentros al exilio II" will be screened, followed by a talk with members of the CEAR PV team and refugees.

The councilor of Servicios Sociales, Rita Berruti, wants to encourage the entire Xàbia neighborhood to participate in these activities that promote coexistence and exalt the diversity of our town. All the information can be found in the Xàbia Intercultural website, where you can see the schedule in more detail, as well as subscribe to receive reminders.

  1. NEIGHBORS IN BEACH ARENAL XÀBIA says:

It is a pity that it is not decentralized and all the events continue to take place in the historic center and nothing -as usual- in the Arenal. Well now for some jazz and the Christmas pine of course. A pity the few integration sights of the department. The Civic Punt is an excuse and they don't use it to the full potential that it should. From the cultural center promised by councilor Moragues... we continue to wait for other more active owners of the area. That does not happen like with the Auditorium, right?

    ??
    Hahahaha
    Your mind has totally gone.
It gives between embarrassment and a lot of embarrassment.

Put to invent nonsense, what do you think of this:

    – Synergistic and evolutionary, the women of Jávea are unpermeable before the regional business symbiosis.

    – Constituently unflavored disjunctive proportionality towards the conclusive femininity of the women of Jávea.

    – Pasteurized and immaculately available sincerely, the brave women of Jávea constitute the exemplary resolve they deserve.

Come on, what if you say bullshit this is eternal, you have nonsense for a long time.

What a way to curl the loop to justify so much mandanga of Equality and the Ministries of Fiction.
