Xàbia City Council reprograms the cycle 'Women and interculturality'

El Javea Town Hall, through its service office for foreigners (Pangea) of Servicios Sociales, will offer the next February 10 Friday the week of cultural diversity of the town of Xàbia, recovering the activities that had to be postponed due to bad weather last December.

Organized with the purpose of recognizing the cultural diversity of the town, there are two activities open to the general public.

A las 17:00 hours the storyteller will be offered 'Pepita long socks' -aimed at children- at the Library of the Historic Center (in Calle Mayor number 9).

A las 18:00 hoursThe day will continue at the Soler Blasco Archaeological and Ethnological Museum, where the documentary 'Encontres a l'exili II' will be screened, followed by a talk with Jaume Durà, a member of the CEAR PV team, Tina Guillem, a refugee woman, and Hanan El Ayadi, a Xabiera social worker specialising in migration and foreign affairs.

Councilwoman Social Services, Rita Berruti, wants to encourage the entire neighborhood of the municipality to participate in these activities "that promote coexistence and exalt the diversity of our town."
