However, the developer entered into suspension of payments and its assets were included in a bankruptcy proceeding. Finally, through a full agreement, it has been accepted to assume the debts of the premises (in concept of payments to the community of owners and IBI and that are substantially less than the value of the property) in order to be able to adjudicate the property.
