With the aim of guaranteeing all the security measures that the current situation requires and of centralizing all the attention in the same more spacious location, the City Council of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell will transfer the general registry, the urban planning registry, the information point cadastral and citizen assistance offered by SUMA twice a month to a new Citizen Attention Office (OAC) located in Espai Molí (Carrer de les
Escoles, 2), next to the public parking of the Santa María Magdalena school.
The official opening will be next Monday, June 8, and the customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. Given the circumstances and the need to take extreme precautions, it will be necessary to purchase an appointment through the website www.elpoblenoudebenitatxell.org. At the moment, this option is not yet enabled. Shortly, the consistory will publish a tutorial to make the inscriptions.
The OAC will centralize all the entry registration, both general and urban planning. Regarding the general registry, any type of request or instance will be carried out, in addition to registration and digital certificates.
The service of 'one stop shop' or PROP, as has been done so far.
In urban planning, applications for major and minor works licenses, declarations responsible for minor works, declarations responsible for housing occupancy, certificates of urban compatibility, activity licenses, urban reports, certificates, etc. will be processed.
In addition, there will also be a special schedule for cadastre consultations on Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m., and for SUMA, which provides an itinerant service twice a month.
