El Javea Town Hall receives the donation of one of the works of the artist Didier Henrad better known by his stage name HENDI. It is a painting entitled "Il ya toujours un soleil à l'horizon" which translated means 'There is always a sun on the horizon'.
The work has been created in mixed technique of acrylic and digital collage on 75x100 canvas. It is valued at 600 euros. It is one of the paintings that is part of the exhibition 'Creator of images' that has been available for a few weeks in the Casa del Cable (Av Marina Española) and that can be enjoyed until this Sunday, July 18.
Hendi is a Belgian artist based in Spain who experiments with classical and current techniques. He carries out his works on a tablet, using an electronic pen and digital backgrounds. Then he prints the canvas and remakes it with acrylic paint, obtaining an original and exclusive result.
The councilman of Culture, Quico Moragues, thanked the painter for this donation that will become part of the City Council's artistic heritage funds.
