The mayor of Xàbia claims to have started the Police RPT 13 days ago

12 2022 April - 18: 19

El Javea Town Hall regrets the announcement of the Local Police about its position of not performing extraordinary services and wants to show his total bewilderment regarding the call for this protest ten days after the mayor ordered to initiate the appropriate procedures to put on track the demands of the group in salary matters.

The demand for an increase in the specific complement was reactivated last September and since then, both the mayor and the person in charge of Citizen Security have held up to 13 meetings with representatives of the group, requesting municipal and external technical-legal support to find the way to respond to your request.

Union representatives submitted a document at the end of January requesting a modification of the List of Jobs (RPT), the administrative path to update this supplement.

In response, on March 29, a report was issued from the Personnel department confirming that it was the correct route, although advising against it in order to avoid discriminating against other municipal employees who also work weekends and holidays (such as Sports or Tourism personnel). ).

However, the following day (March 30) the mayor signed an order in which he orders the immediate start of this modification of the RPT (to modify the police complement and those of the other groups mentioned), thus showing his support for the demands of the police and with the security of the municipality.

The instruction of the municipal official activates the modification of the RPT, as claimed by the Local Police, so that the executive cannot understand what is the objective of the announcement of this protest 13 days later and in the middle of the high occupation season, taking the safety of citizens and the municipality as hostage to their union demands.

The Local Police, as an official body, is perfectly aware that, both for better and for worse, it is subject to rigid and regulated processes in everything that affects its working conditions. "Just as you cannot lower the salary or fire an official, you cannot raise the salary at the discretion of a mayor" they emphasize from the local executive.

From the local government they want to make it clear that they consider the demand for an increase in the specific supplement to be fair (approved in 2001 in the last RPT) but they also inform the public that this issue cannot be analyzed taking into account only one payroll variable, but it must also be taken into account that they receive more supplements and other complementary remuneration.

Xàbia's commitment to safety and emergency prevention is indisputable. In 2021, the City Council allocated a total of 2 million to personnel expenses in the security area and for this 9 the budget includes 2022 million as all the vacant positions in the workforce are consigned, in anticipation of filling them.

Xàbia agents have the best facilities in the region and all the resources they have requested in equipment, vehicles, material, computer support and training for a total expenditure of 878.600 euros so far in the legislature. The creation of new units has also been supported, such as the canine unit, social and educational projects and even international training.

Following this commitment, if this protest prevents the provision of a service according to the needs of Xàbia, the executive will take all necessary measures to continue guaranteeing citizen security.

The solution so that the same incompetents stop governing us over and over again is to forget about the PP and PSOE, we must look for information on the rest of the parties and see which one best suits our political objectives, watch rallies, analyze the way in which they express themselves each candidate. As long as we continue in that parenthesis of PP and PSOE this will always continue like this. There are political parties that the majority do not even know exist and, perhaps, therein lies our solution.

Chulvi, I think I speak on behalf of many people, we wouldn't mind if you ran out of Jávea, without saying goodbye or anything.

It is clear that your lousy management is already exploiting too much.

Perhaps an escape on time is the best, because every minute Jávea suffers with your management, well, with your NO-management.

Come on, surely in Valencia you already have a little chair or something, right?

  3. Antonio says:

It is true. Let's see if someone with enough capacity guides us citizens so that we really know who the good guys are, because for me, it's difficult until the thing is hopeless.

  4. JVF Observer says:

It is very difficult to choose people with criteria to lead a City Council, simply because there is nowhere to choose. The system fails, it is not reasonable for groups of people to appear whose only guarantee is simply and simply because they come from a group based on the daily life of the bar and its most primary contacts and the absence of business, academic and intellectual experience is not valued. All this leads us, with rare exceptions, to people with unlimited unconsciousness taking refuge in politics and even more so in municipalities like ours.

    • Ignacio says:

Totally agree. But there is something else, below development in another comment. It is called Corruption as a social and institutional model. The only thing that matters to them is who is going to be the new boss to see what they can scratch. About society and ba, blah, blah they don't even know what it means, nor are they interested.

  5. Tekhaes says:

But if no one is happy with this mayor, why do they vote for him?

    • Ignacio says:

Because what people like is that everything goes wrong to complain, when you put them before the possibility of deciding to do things right and take their own responsibilities, most of them get scared, they prefer to pass the responsibility of their decisions and actions to another and they vote again for the corrupt man on duty to ensure two things:
1- That they still scratch something economically
2- Surely they will be able to complain about corruption
Many people are not interested in non-corrupt public managers because that means no money, no work. Builders, promoters, real estate agents, hoteliers, tourist apartments… all of them benefit from corruption.

    • Pau (FR) says:

Don't confuse this forum with all the reality. Thus, at times that només enter gent d'una mateixa ideology and molt aggressive, violent and lacking. But the reality is broader, kinder and more diverse. Abracades.

      • Luis says:

Kind depends on who for. And since reality is wide and diverse, there are people who not only see it differently but also comment on it. So they are described as aggressive, rude and violent? Why does what they say come out of the sweetened and childish speech that they want to sell? IF things are not right lol first thing to do is admit it.

        • Pau (FR) says:

No, Luis, someone who disagrees is not "aggressive, lacking or violent." But yes, there are people who insult the system or say "corruption" without providing a single proof. Or those who directly insult the people who do not vote that they fly.
You and I will not vote for the option mateixa (I suppose), but I will not discredit the decision that you will take. Només parle d'attitudes that do not contribute res to the debate.

      • Ignacio says:

Corruption Pau admits it. There is nothing friendly about it.

        • Pau (FR) says:

It is very easy to say “corruption” in an internet forum. But eixa is a molt greu accusation… why don't you go to a jutjat? Why don't you go to the Civil Guard? I would be glad that the people would respond to these accusations, don't believe it. To have a society as responsible, mature and transparent as we demand for it, right?

      • Maria Pons says:

Of course, let's think like you all, so we have 80 more years of UNABLE in the City Council, always.
Stop messing around, you can see the duster...

        • Pau (FR) says:

I think that here no one has said «how people should think». Jo, almenys, what I have demanded is that we disagree constructively. Amb educació i sense to insult or accuse sense proves. The rest, cadascú that faça amb seu vot of him the one that pleases me the most.

      • Deceive per Chulvi says:

No senyor t'equivoques, here hi ha molts d'esquerres del Psoe who criticize the mateix partit, you know why? Because of the sentiments enganyats pel govern de Chulvi and the seves useless policies of him sense fer res.

    • Antonio says:

Possibly because the other candidates are even worse. Which is already saying, it seems unbelievable that there could be more incompetence than the present, both in Jávea and in general, as in the central government….but it is like that

  6. tamare says:

They are a mafia of care, they look like the ones from the riot series

  7. PIETRO CAROLE says:

Keep doing what a politician does best, talk, talk, talk, and in the end DO NOTHING, Ximo, take him to Valencia, he points out ways... he talks a lot, doesn't solve any problem, and wastes public money without any criteria... Chulvi Conseller already.
If one thing is clear, no matter how much image you try to sell us, Mr. Chulvi, it is that if a problem is not solved, it lasts over time and gets worse. This problem has been without a solution for a long time, all your legislatures have been the problem and you have done nothing, 13 meetings you say hahahaha and how many meetings did you have with the previous representatives of the police to try to solve the same problem and nothing of nothing oh, oh, oh.
By the way, and speaking of delaying, delaying everything and not finishing anything is one thing you do very well, 12 years delaying the auditorium, the swimming pool, the Town Hall RPT, which is leaving next year Mr. Chulvi, please finish something before leaving, that the town and the City Council are left upside down... I want my son, and not my grandchildren, to go to the auditorium, to the swimming pool and enjoy municipal services according to the needs of the municipality.
On the other hand, if you are spending that amount of public funds on personnel and resource expenses, but then you have the policemen paid with precarious salaries, you should resign, Mr. Chulvi, but you do not realize the soul of a pitcher that you are forming professionally policemen for years, with the money that this entails, so that they can later go to other municipalities, say how many policemen have left, this last month, if you know of course, 2 (for this march at the end of the year, do the math) And when the year is over, how many will have left? And in your 11 years of legislature, how many? And that is clear because of everything you care about and because of the good working conditions that this group has, such as these police officers,
In short, they continue to govern us incompetent...

    • neighbor says:

      Why govern us incompetent?
Because the people vote for that incompetence, that's what they want, that the guy from the bar always look the other way…and catch what they can, there's no other way.

In the end, it's simple: Put a Chulvi as Mayor, and then I'll….

  8. No et volem chulvi says:

What a guy, what a tough face he has, now if not? Come on yaa..
When he has shit around his neck he appears with good words and even it will look good and all the scoundrel is.

  9. alberto says:

Look, Mr. Chulvi, this news - which Javea.com does not collect - illustrates why citizens do not trust their communications... time passes and passes... and the results are not seen

«Almost three years ago, in July 2019, the Xàbia City Council, managed by the PSPV, issued a decree ordering the demolition of some works without a license that had been carried out in a restaurant located on the Paseo del Tennis David Ferrer. Specifically, the decree signed by the Department of Urban Planning alluded to the construction on the terrace of the local La Boheme, facing the sea of l'Arenal beach, of a metal building that had generated a closed volume on the terrace.

That action, which according to the inspection had been carried out without permission, breached two articles of the Xàbia General Plan: that of the maximum height allowed -which is one floor and a maximum cornice height of 3,5 meters to be measured from the promenade maritime in the middle point of facade-; and the one that establishes that no type of construction can be authorized within the limits of the volume defined in the previous article «nor an element derived from any activity».

The decree signed on July 10, 2019 gave, as a result of the file for the protection of urban legality opened by the city council, one month to the owner of La Boheme, the company The Chill Slam SL to demolish all that leftover work with in order to restore urban legality. And it warned him that failure to comply with that order to restore legality within the granted period could cause two consequences: the imposition of coercive fines provided for in the regional law; and that the city council inform the Prosecutor's Office of the facts for the purposes of the criminal liability requirement that may proceed.

No response from October 2020 to April 2022

Now, so much time later, the demolition has not taken place. Hence, a community of owners affected by these illegal works, La Crehueta, has officially asked the town hall on four occasions about the resolution of the aforementioned file. He did it on October 5, 2020, February 23, 2021, September 27, 2021 and April 5, 2022. But so far there has been no response.

  10. Luis says:

What is happening with Javea? Is it sinking? It is being downgraded by leaps and bounds while builders and real estate agents only offer "luxury villas", hideous fishbowl boxes at inflated prices, crammed on top of each other without privacy or exclusivity. Who has the money would buy something to spend cokes with the neighbors?

  11. candela ferrer says:

Chukvi because you don't tell the truth even once in your political life. The police officers leave because they are not valued, they do not have a decent salary, they have a boss who is more a politician than an official, he supports chulvi and not his agents
Many photos but little decency, many Apps but few agents
If the police leave it will be for some reason

    • Antonio says:

Sure. The reason is Chulvi and the socialist system that generally annoys them or hinders everything that sounds like security and legality. All the police are in that facet because of their judicial nature, which is why criminals don't trust them, just in case. They tend to corrupt their bosses like the judges and the prosecution, but nothing new about the socialists, that is their character since they were invented.

  12. dudo says:

    Long live the Bars!!!!!
    Politicians live!!
    (is the same?)

  13. eager beaver says:

    When you say:
"... The Xàbia City Council regrets the announcement of the Local Police ...."

I mean, the whole City Council says that? or the Mayor? or who?

Many of us who work there vomit with the leadership of our town at the hands of Chulvi, it is not fair that they put us in the same case.

We are many workers who do the unspeakable to try to explain things to the politicians who pass by here, they can't imagine what needs to be explained to them...Well, nothing, there's no way.

In the end, everything is the same, if they don't have a clue about anything, how is it possible that they end up here, earning good salaries and not knowing how to do anything?

Anyway, yourselves, but please vote for people who are valid, please!!!!

    • Antonio says:

It is true. Let's see if someone with enough capacity guides us citizens so that we really know who the good guys are, because for me, it's difficult until the thing is hopeless.
