The Auditorium of the Provincial Council of Alicante hosted the past 26 February the gala of delivery of Extraordinary Awards for Academic Performance of Primary Education, awarded by the Ministry of Education for the school year 2017-2018. Two alumni of the Santa María Magdalena CEIP, the students Lola Boyle and Sofia Wildenbeest, who this year attend ESO in the institute, completed their primary education at the El Poble Nou school in Benitatxell with an excellent academic record and a Average rating of 10.
This recognition has taken them to the plenary hall of the Town hall from El Poble Nou de Benitatxell where they have been received by the mayor, Miguel Ángel García, and the Councilor for Education, Children and Youth, Jorge Pascual, who have congratulated them and have given them some details.
This is the ninth edition of some awards with which the Generalitat Valenciana has recognized the work and the results of all the students who finished their primary studies in public, private and private centers of the Comunitat last academic year 2017-2018 with a Average rating of 10.
Congratulations to the students and their effort. How well you know, that will figure in your academic record. They should publish more and better what this recognition consists of and its importance to be an example to be followed by other students. My congratulations also to families and teachers.
