In the comxicotetion seven races of races for the Light Sail and six for the one of Optimist were disputed, with wind gusts that on Saturday reached the 23 knots and on Sunday, after a start with very flowing winds, the Llebeig entered and climbed up to 14 knots, which allowed perfect conditions for the practice of sailing.

Also in the Optimist category, there was a special mention for the youngest sailor, Pelayo Poveda of the Javea Yacht Club, with only 8 years.
The act of delivery was attended by María Rosa Tomás, daughter of the sailor who names the trophy, along with the Commodore of the Yacht Club of Jávea, Rafael García Bartual and the manager, Luis Nogueroles. In his speech, García Bartual wanted to thank the presence of all the young sailors "Both those who have won and those who have not, because the important thing is to participate", as well as the support to organize the 46 Sailing Week achieved by the Javea Yacht Club of important companies that make it possible that during the two days of the Rodolfo Tomás trophy the young sailors have a pack of food and drink and thus regain strength during the tests.
The Sailing Week of the Javea Yacht Club will continue throughout the next few days. The next appointment will be the Autonomous Team Optimist Championship that the Torrevieja Yacht Club will try to revalidate and in which the challenge of the Jávea team will be to improve their results in recent years.
In addition, starting Thursday, the Sir Thomas Lipton trophy will begin for cruiser-class vessels in which a hundred sailors are expected to participate.
