40 years ago, his grandparents arrived in Spain with their four children. They started with the restaurant Meeting Point and over the years they bought what was the Sirloin, Emilio Restaurant and Arenal Hamburgers. From these principles, Austrian Café Wien was gradually taking shape. The beginning was not easy, but they struggled a lot to move it forward, a labor and personal struggle that happens whenever a business starts, and in which everything must be given.

Little by little, people got to know them and tasted how fabulous their food was, their kindness and their desire to meet new people. After retiring his grandparents Hubert and Helene Wachter, three of their children continued with the business: Karin, Martin and Heidi, even in 1999 the brothers separated and continued to take him the little one of the family, Heidi, with her husband Julian. Today, the bakery bakery continues to innovate and the people who run it, giving the best of them. The illusion and joy are always there.
