For this reason, Escrivá has advocated progressively expanding "the scant 90 days a year that the Office is currently open", increasing the days until it provides service throughout the year, depending on the basic needs of the population, "always providing this medical point with its own necessary staff, that is, that in no case means reducing staff in the rest of the Health Centers of the municipality".
The mayor has continued by pointing out that, "beyond the figures from the Ministry or the concessionaire on healthcare pressure and the number of patients treated, it is about continuing to fight to facilitate and bring closer access to public health for all neighbors, without that objective depending solely on the tourist pressure that the municipality receives ».
