The Chamber of Commerce of Alicante, in collaboration with the Department of Economic Development of Javea Town Hall, organizes three courses aimed at improving the comxicotetiveness of the local company.
The workshops, totally free, are offered through the agency AFIC-Creama With which it is tried to publicize the potentials of social networks since they have become a tool with spaces for buying and selling. With the course you will learn to use these tools that will help social networks to have an ally to increase sales, attract and retain customers and improve online communication.
The courses offered have a duration of 3 hours and places are limited to 25 people. The schedule will be from 14 to 17 hours and will be held in the Clot Portal Building. These workshops are aimed at retail companies of any sector.
- From the 18 / 09 / 19: “Online customer service and remarketing strategies”. New consumption habits and new business opportunities.
- 16 / 10 / 19: "Sell through Social Networks: Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp." Potential and use of social networks.
- 13 / 11 / 19: “Marketing with few resources”. Practical workshop on sales techniques and shopping experiences. Marketing is not reserved for large companies. In this workshop, called marketing with few resources, the different existing tools to develop a marketing plan and concrete effective marketing actions with a limited investment will be explained through concrete ideas, examples and tools available to everyone. It is an eminently practical and fun workshop with specific cases, bold and inspiring ideas, bringing together a concept that is sometimes difficult to understand.
