CREAMA informs of the aids destined to finance the fixed costs of inclusion in the special regime of self-employed or autonomous workers of the Social Security published by the Conselleria. The persons who may benefit from this subsidy must be registered in the Special Scheme for Self-Employed or Autonomous Social Security Workers (RETA), have reached 19 years of age and comply within the calendar year of the Call Resolution. a minimum contribution period of three years and a maximum of five uninterrupted years.
Likewise, the beneficiaries have to develop their economic activity on a lucrative basis, in a habitual, personal and direct manner in the Valencian Community, not having more than nine workers hired by third parties on the day of publication of the call in the DOGV and maintain a minimum of one year the activity from the request of the aid.
The amount of the aid ranges between 2700 € and 2850 € and the deadline for submission of applications will be until the 3 day of April of 2019. The people in whom any of the following circumstances may be beneficiaries may be beneficiaries:
- Having been subject to a final resolution in administrative revocation or, where appropriate, reimbursement of subsidies for the promotion of autonomous employment, consisting of the subsidy of Social Security contributions, in the four years prior to the submission of the application .
- Autonomous workers whose net income from economic activities obtained during the year prior to that of the call, which is provided with a declaration of Personal Income Tax or Negative Certificate of Finance that proves the non-obligation to file a personal income tax return, exceeds three times the amount of the minimum contribution base of autonomous workers.
