The CEEI of Elche and Creama will be the organizers of the first Forum in online format to be held under the title 'Opportunities and challenges of business digitization'. Forum Grow Innovating Creama Its purpose is to promote the growth and consolidation of SMEs, and provide answers to specific issues in the territory, detected by the agents of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Marina Alta.

It is a forum aimed at assisting in the analysis of how to develop comxicotetive advantages for the immediate future, in a context of recovery from the Covid-19 crisis, knowing how to turn threats into opportunities, and their impact on the redefinition of models. of business based on the detection of new opportunities.

This initiative is promoted and financed by the Generalitat Valenciana, through the Valencian Institute of Business Comxicotetiveness (IVACE), within its policy of supporting innovative entrepreneurship.

Program

New technologies are a necessary tool for SMEs and the self-employed, and more so in a time of crisis like the current one. Reinventing yourself and looking for new opportunities in digitization seems to be one of the clearest solutions.

At the present time, new technologies are an essential tool. The coronavirus outbreak has presented an unprecedented variety of challenges to all companies. For some businesses, establishing an online presence was not a priority, but the current context has led many of these entrepreneurs to rethink their operations and strategies within the digital world.

Faced with this situation, we present this forum consisting of a cycle of four sessions, with four experts who will give you the keys to “Reactivate your business digitally, in the most successful way possible”.

June 3: 'How to get customers in the era of ecommerce' by Andrés de España, CEO and founder of 3dids.

This session is aimed at guiding SMEs and the self-employed, on how to reactivate their business and manage customers online, in the current situation. It will try to provide answers to questions such as:

  • What are the most common mistakes made when companies start out in the online world?
  • What changes are emerging in the world of online commerce regarding this pandemic?
  • What degree of importance is given to the relationship between ecommerce and social media?

June 10: 'How to organize the logistics of an e-commerce' by Héctor Gomis, director of the Cloud & Business Intelligence unit at Clavei-Clave Informática.

They will talk to us about how to manage the warehouse, the orders of an ecommerce, with effective tools, and will try to answer questions such as:

  • What degree of importance do you consider logistics management to have in the success of an e-commerce?
  • From what point should one start to ensure good logistics management?
  • Could you tell us about the differences between traditional logistics and what we know as e-logistics?
  • What must be taken into account to always have stock management under control?

June 17: 'How to turn our local business into global' by Javier Gosende, SEO consultant in Alicante specialized in Search Engine Optimization, SEM, Web Analytics and Social Networks.

He will talk to us about how to position our local business on the Internet, through different tools, answering topics such as:

  • What aspects should be worked on in greater depth to make a difference and achieve a good position in the online world?
  • What trends are reigning in the market now in regards to

  • What do you consider to be the mistakes that companies make the most
    time to show up on the internet?

July 1: 'How to publish on the Internet so that your client buys you', by Gemma Mateos Vera. Journalist and Communication and Events Advisor at B-News Comunica.

In this last session, we will explain how to achieve engagement through quality digital content and we will learn the secrets to create texts that seduce, fall in love and trust, solving some questions:

  • Where should a person start when writing texts and generating strategies that help them improve their results in the online world?
  • What are the items that we must work to generate engagement and reach the hearts of our customers?
  • What tools are recommended to generate texts that seduce, fall in love and trust?

These sessions will be in the form of a discussion forum, with an initial interview and debate with attendees. Each session will last approximately one hour, and will be done through the zoom application.
