El Xàbia Tourism Department has organized a thematic route, through gastronomy, for this next Saturday at 11:00. This activity is the third year that it has been carried out and consists of two parts: The first of them is a guided visit to the Soler Blasco Museum where there will be explanations of the times of the Iberians, Romans and Arabs and what each period contributes to the local gastronomy as it is known. The Iberians, the wine, the Romans, the salted fish and the Arabs, the rice.
The second part will run in the Mercat Municipal showing local product as figatell, salted and end with a tasting in the same market. The duration of the gastronomic route is 1 30 minutes when the price is 10 euros per person.
