La Church of St. Bartholomew de Xàbia will host, on December 5, a concert by the pianist, Marta Espinós, who will interpret Beethoven.
Under the idea of: Was Beethoven an influencer? Can your mark be traced in popular styles as current as pop, rock or rap? The pianist from Xàbia, Marta Espinós, will reveal in this commented concert how some of the great Beethovenian successes have found their way into songs by bands and musicians such as The Beatles, Billy Joel or the rapper Nas, listening to fragments of these musicians and comparing them with the originals in which they are inspired.
With the title, 'Beethoven influencer. Ludwig's footprint: from the Beatles to rap ', the concert will have two screenings: the first will be at 16:21 p.m. and the second at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. The viewer will be able to discover the trace of the German composer in different genres and musical periods.
