Last week the primary votes of Compromís took place to elect the candidates that will be on the party lists for the next municipal, autonomous and European elections.
In the case of the municipal primaries, the result has resulted in a high participation around the 70% of the more registered and registered 280 calls to vote in this process open to all citizens.
The participants chose Vicent Colomer, with more than 83% of the votes, as candidate for mayor. While the candidates to be part of the lists the most voted was the current spokesman Juan Cardona, followed by Llúcia Signes, Arnau Castell, Carme Català, Rosa Puig and Paco Bisquert.
Cardona stated that "High participation is a success, and more in a process open to all citizens. This data reinforces us to face the campaign with enthusiasm and desire ".
The spokesman said that early next April will be the official presentation of the full list of candidates for which new incorporations are expected from both independent and sympathetic people.
