Summer is coming and with it, the wide open-air summer cultural program in Xàbia. As usual, without taking into account the stoppage of last summer, summer in Xàbia is synonymous with Festivals. For this, the Department of Culture has organized the agenda for the next few months. Music, cinema and photography will be the protagonists of these festivals that will have free admission but with prior reservation due to capacity limitation due to restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Xàbia Summer Festivals
Àgora-Actual Percussió Festival: This Festival celebrates, this 2021, its fourth edition. It will be on July 8 and 10 on the track of the CEIP Port of Xàbia the 22: 30 hours.
Music at l'Estiu: This year is the 35th edition of this consolidated chamber music festival. The festival will take place on July 22, 24, 29 and 30 at the St. Bartholomew Church the 22: 30 hours.
Xàbia Jazz: The Xàbia Jazz Festival 2021 It will be on August 8 and 9 in the Plaza de la Constitución at 22:30 p.m. Juan Perro and La SedaJazz Big Band with Sole Giménez will be the performances that will take place on this twentieth anniversary.
Riurau Film Festival: This regional film festival that already has 10 editions under its belt will have its screening in Xàbia on September 10 and 11 at 21:30 p.m. at the Riurau d'Arnauda.
Red eyes: It is the Festival of Spanish and Ibero-American Photography. This 2021 celebrates its third edition and is characterized by having a wide program of exhibitions in different rooms of the Marina Alta and having spectacular snapshots of renowned photographers.
Ojos Rojos will open its doors from September 17 to October 17 in the different art rooms of Xàbia and the region.
