There are many doubts that are presented to foreign residents who arrive in Xàbia and those that report to the Foreign Resident Assistance office (Help Desk) of the Town hall. For this reason, the Department of Óscar Antón He has organized a series of talks aimed at both professionals and foreign residents who want to know the whole process of property purchase, sale and inheritance in Spain.
The talks will begin on Thursday February 7, day in which he will discuss the preparation of deeds. The February 14 the central theme will be the property; the February 20 talk about what happens after the signing of writing and the cycle with a talk on February 27 on inheritances, processing and applicable laws will be closed.
All lectures will be held from 18 to 19'15 hours in the House of Culture, and will be attended by notaries Luis Aparicio Marban and Antonio Jimenez Clar. You will be required to attend pre-registration not exceed capacity.
