Talk: 'Existence, or not, of earthquakes and volcanoes in the Valencian Community'

Next December 2, at 19 p.m., it will take place at the Soler Blasco Museum of Xàbia, the talk about 'the existence, or not, of earthquakes and volcanoes in the Valencian Community'. The talk will be given by Francisco García García, Professor of Geophysics and Surveys at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

The conference, organized by the Meridià Zero Outreach Association, will address why there are earthquakes and volcanoes that have shaken our regions for centuries and will also see the tectonic origin of earthquakes and volcanoes. García will review the most destructive historical earthquakes suffered and the seismic risk in our territory will be discussed.
