Has the city council paid you to do this article by adding the Urinal beach, where people swim between defecations?

And where the scooters nearly knock you off your feet. Twice a saw a man nearly run over by a scooter hurtling straight through the la Fontana roundabout and a woman carrying ice cream to her children de ella on the Arenal. Gone are the days for a leisurely walk!
