El Town hall of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell bets one more year for associationism and culture. Recently, the mayor, Miguel Ángel García, and the Councilor for Culture, Víctor Bisquert, have signed with the
Presidents of the Santa María Magdalena Municipal-Music Association and the Grup de Danses Morro Falquí the renewal of the collaboration agreement.
These agreements are not only renewed, but have also been improved at the budgetary level and adapted to current needs. The renewal of the agreements with all cultural associations has been one of the objectives of the government team since the beginning of the legislature, since many of them had not been reviewed in more than 10 years. With those of the Banda de Música and the Grup de Danses, they are all renewed.
Both associations play an essential role in the cultural and festive environment of the municipality. Not only do they entertain local festivities and events, but for many years they have offered neighbors a space for brotherhood and union.
