Benitatxell claims vegan, organic and proximity cuisine at the Regional Fair

This weekend, El Poble Nou de Benitatxell has been present at the V Regional Fair held in Ondara, a fair with the five senses. Among other actions, the Poblero municipality stood out with the participation of the local restaurant, Tribus, in the talks about handicrafts and where it made known its seitan made with organic and Valencian products, and claimed vegan, ecological and proximity cuisine.

The fair, coordinated by the Macma, aims at this 2019, to encourage the generation of circular economy through an external and complementary fair in which producers and artisans can sell products made in the Marina Alta, thus stimulating the creation of a market of craft proximity.
