The Benitachell celebrated on Saturday, the feast of Commerce will feature popular lunches and small inflatables for the Pau street prices.
Tomorrow Sunday will take place the traditional acts of San Antonio, closing the celebrations in the Marina Alta in honor of the patron saint of animals, San Antonio. The Penya of Cavallistes i Carreters organizes this festival, as in recent years, is open to the participation of residents of the whole region.
To begin the day in an atmosphere of brotherhood, the Peña, with the collaboration of the Town hall from Poble Nou de Benitatxell, will offer a popular lunch to all attendees, with a barbecue on La Pau street. The horses of the participants who come may be concentrated in an adjacent enabled space. Then, at 12:00 noon, the parade will begin through the streets of the town with all the participants and their pets and companion animals.
The parade will be animated by the colla the Llebetjà. The party will end at the Market Square where the blessing of the pets will take place.
