The bean will be the protagonist this weekend in El Poble Nou de Benitatell with the VI Festa del Vi i la Fava. Flavored tapas of the world, ice creams and vegetarian and vegan recipes will surprise the palates of all those attending this event on Sunday, 15 in April, at noon, in the Plaça de les Pesqueres.
La VI Festa del Vi i la Fava, organized by the Department of Economic Promotion will be a culinary showcase in which the chefs of the local restaurants will return to innovate in kitchen presenting new Tapifaves with the bean as the main ingredient.
The day, which will be enlivened by the performance of the orchestra North wind and will also have the appeal of Home wine contest organized by the Associació de Veïns.
